The Director has been re-worked for 14/15 to be slightly stiffer & to have the same tip rocker profile as the Ranger to increase it's effective edge length for increased hard snow performance. Combine this with its flat camber & rockered tail & you have a true all-mountain performance ski that's still super playful.
